You can read the filings of SEC-reporting companies on SEC EDGAR, across all form types. Financial data is best for the XBRL era, 2009 onward. Excel models are available for U.S. domestic 10-K and 10-Q filers.
SEC filings and financial statements come from SEC EDGAR. Excel financial models are built from that extracted SEC data. Price history comes from Marketstack and goes back 10 years, and the charts used to display the price are rendered with lightweight-charts. EDGAR filings are available in the platform, with XBRL financial data from 2009 onward. Excel models can be built up to five years back.
Yes. New SEC filings are added throughout the day as companies file, and you can view them in Plutavia right away. Watch a ticker to get notified in the app or by email. Excel models you have already downloaded do not update on their own. Generate a new model when you want the latest filings.

You choose how much history to include (1 to 5 fiscal years) and the units (thousands or millions). Models are generated on demand.
